Adult Punch Cards

Adult Punch Cards cost $125.00 per card and will expire 3-months after date of purchase. Adult Punch Cards consist of 10 1-hour classes, allowing adults to attend any adult class offered each week, until 10 punches are achieved or date written on Punch Card expires. Adult Ballet

The ballet program we offer for adults is an amazing way to keep in shape and stay strong. You will learn all the basic techniques of ballet and advance as the year progresses. There is a standard barre taught in this class and you will also do some across the floor and center work.

Adult Hip-Hop

This class is a fun way to stay hip! You will learn combinations to new and upbeat songs. This class has a very outgoing feel where you can freestyle and learn isolated movements. It is a great class to take if you enjoy high energy environments!

Adult Contemporary

This class concentrates on proper technique, flexability, and style. Dancers will explore single-turn rotations; a variety of leaps and jumps while learning about different contemporary and jazz forms. It will also touch on improvisation and choreography to allow the dancer to express their emotions and work through the stress of the day.

ADULT PROGRAM CLASSES

Silver Swans (55 +)

Silver Swans classes at Premiere Dance Center. For the first time in Washington state. These are classes aimed at over 55s and have been developed by the Royal Academy of Dance's research into the benefits of dance for older learners. Classes are open to people of all ages and ability. Eugenia, our Silver Swans teacher, has trained specifically to teach a range of abilities and ages over 55. Classes will help improve your mobility, posture, coordination, and energy levels. Dance in particular can play a vital role in ensuring a longer and better quality of life. Dance improve balance, resulting in fewer falls later in life. Dance increases cognitive ability by promoting new connection in the brain and may even help stave off dementia in later life. Dance classes are a great way to expand your social circle and meet new people. Improve your dance-life balance!
