Studio Rental Fees

Studio 1 - $45/hr

Studio 2 - $50/hr

Studio 3 - $60/hr

Includes: Use of the sound system, bathrooms, AC, HDMI accessibility
Refund Policy
-
No Rental refund will be processed if the cancellation notification is within 45 days of the event.

Rental Refund less 10% will be processed if the rental is canceled 45 or more days prior to the event.
Change Fee:
-
$10.00 change fee for every change made after invoice is received and/or paid. This includes changing dates of rental.
Late Fee:
-
$20.00 late fee will be added to every invoice that is paid late.
Terms are:
-
One time rental: Late is defined as 5 days after receipt of invoice.

Monthly rentals: Late is defined as 5 days after receipt of invoice.

Ongoing Quarterly rental block: First three months are paid on receipt of invoice. Will be considered late 5 days after receipt of invoice. Following 3 month blocks are due on the 15 of the last month and will be considered late on the 20th of the month. For example, Paid for May, June, July. Next 3 month block (August, September,October), is due 15th July and July 20th is late.

Ongoing Monthly rental block: First two months are paid on receipt of invoice. Will be considered late 5 days after receipt of invoice. Following months are due on the 15th of the last month and will be considered late on the 20th of the month. For example, Paid for, June, July. Next month (August), is due 15th July and July 20th is late.
Additional Fees:
Building and Maintenance Fee:

All renters will be charged a Building and Maintenance fee of 10% per invoice.
Damage Fees:

All renters will be financially responsible for all damage charges incurred during the rental period.
Extra rental items:
-
Renters will be charged extra fees for items requested in a studio (example: chairs, monitors, tables). These fees will be discussed at the time of the rental contract.
Lock Out Fee:
-
When a renter forgets/loses a key and requires entry to the building and or the building needs to be secured, a $100 fee will be incurred. This fee enables Premiere Dance Center to hire a person to lock up/unlock the entrance to the building.
Renter Responsibilities:
Renter will be responsible for:

Studio to be returned to original condition each time of occupancy.

Dry Mop Studio Floor, Collect all sweepings into a dustpan and place in a trash can.

Turn off all overhead fans and lights.
-
Any object/furniture that was moved needs to be placed back in the original location.

Shared public space. If you occupy said public space, the renter will be responsible to clean up where needed.

All trash to be removed from premises.

AC/Heat is locked and inaccessible.
-
No outside food or beverages except water within the studio.

If you are the last occupant in the building you will be required to ensure that all lights are off in each studio/bathroom/hallways, all occupants have exited the building and all doors are locked. If Premiere Dance Center discovers the building to be unsecured you will be responsible for all damages incurred.
Prohibited Behaviors:
No smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana allowed within 30 feet of the building
No Alcohol or Drugs allowed within the building.
THE HOLD HARMLESS & FINANCIAL AGREEMENT:
The undersigned member and their parent(s)/guardian(s) indemnifies and holds harmless Premiere Dance Center and its agents and officers, staff from any liability whatsoever for any damages or injuries and from any and all claims and demands including attorney fees, arising out of the parties participation rentals or in dance classes, private lessons, rehearsals and/or performances provided by or participated in, through Premiere Dance Center.
