Celebrate your child’s special day with a birthday party full of dancing, laughter, and unforgettable memories! At our studio, kids get to enjoy a high-energy dance class, fun games, and plenty of time to celebrate with friends.

We take care of the details so you can relax and enjoy the party—

because birthdays are better when everyone’s on the dance floor!

The following parties are based on 12 children (additional children can be added for an additional fee)

Simple Celebration Party (dance + party room) Includes:

1 hour dance instruction and games
1 hour party room, 2 tables, 12 chairs
Set up & clean up
You provide: Plates, napkins, forks etc. Birthday Cake, ice cream, juice, party favors bags & decorations (optional)

Colorful Celebration Party (dance + basic décor in your choice of color) Includes:

1 hour dance instruction and games
1 hour party room, 2 tables, 12 chairs
12 balloons, table covers, streamers, paper plates, cups, napkins and utensils. Choice of color.
Set up & clean up
You provide: Birthday Cake, ice cream, juice & party favors bags (optional)

Themed Celebration Party (dance + full décor in your chosen theme) Includes:

1 hour dance instruction and games
1 hour party room, 2 tables, 12 chairs, 12 balloons, table covers, streamers, paper plates, cups, napkins & utensils
All the above décor in the style of the theme of your choice including: Large themed center piece, themed party hats and themed party favor bags
Set up & clean up
You provide: Birthday Cake, ice cream & juice (optional)

Themed & Craft Celebration Party (dance + theme décor + craft activity) Includes:

1 hour dance instruction and games.
1 hour party room, 2 tables, 12 Chairs, 12 balloons, table covers, streamers, paper plates, cups, napkins and utensils
All the above décor in the style of the theme; large center piece, party hats, party favors bags & crafts.
15 minute snack break
45 minute themed crafts

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Dance Studio Party Refund Policy

Cancellations & Refunds

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 10 days in advance of the rental date will receive a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded.

Rescheduling

Rentals may be rescheduled once with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. No rescheduling is allowed within 6 days of the rental.

No Shows

No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations

If the studio must cancel for any reason (e.g., maintenance, emergencies), renters will receive a full refund or be offered the option to reschedule.

Renter Responsibilities

Prohibited Behaviors:

No smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana allowed within 30 feet of the building

No Alcohol or Drugs allowed within the building.

THE HOLD HARMLESS & FINANCIAL AGREEMENT:

The undersigned member and their parent(s)/guardian(s) indemnifies and holds harmless Premiere Dance Center and its agents and officers, staff from any liability whatsoever for any damages or injuries and from any and all claims and demands including attorney fees, arising out of the parties participation rentals or in dance classes, private lessons, rehearsals and/or performances provided by or participated in, through Premiere Dance Center.
